Two ways to have a book fair with Grace & Truth Books:
Virtual Book Fair
Not every organization has the time or the facilities needed for a physical book fair. Don’t fret – you can still get solid biblical books for folks and have the opportunity to fundraise for your organization! Our virtual book fairs function very similarly to an affiliate linking system – meaning your organization would have an affiliate account with Grace & Truth Books that will allow you to send a catalog and/or link to your parents/student.Â
Anyone who uses this link and makes a purchase on Grace & Truth Books during their visit will be attributed to your organization, and you will receive a percentage of each sale.Â
A few notes about Virtual Book Fairs:
- No minimum order required
- Orders placed will be paid for at the time of order and will be shipped directly to the customer (no need for your organization to collect cash or manage orders).Â
- Book fairs can be run any time.
- Grace and Truth Books will make PDF catalogs available to download and send out – we can also work with you to customize these catalogs for your needs – contact us for more details on creating catalogs.
What we do for you:
1. Your guests will enjoy our standard pricing (typically a 20%+ discount off list prices on books, CDs, DVDs, and Bibles. Your organization will receive 10% commission on any sales made through your organization’s link.Â
2. We will ship your guest’s orders via the shipping method they select at checkout.
3. At the end of each month we will send commission checks based on sales made through your organization link for the preceding month.
4. You will have access to a partner portal where you can see all visits and sales generated by your organization as well as commission reports for the current period.
Physical Book Fair
Our Physical Book Fair program is the event-driven, on-premise book fair style schools have been holding for decades. In this program, you can purchase all of the titles you expect to sell at one time, and we will ship them to you for your event. You get the books at a 25%+ discount from the retail prices, and you are able to then price the books for your event – passing on as much or as little of the discounted rate to your parents as you wish. After the event, you can keep any unsold items for your next event, or for your own facility library, or you can return the unsold items for credit (see “Can I return items” section below).
Another alternative is to purchase a single “display” copy of each of the titles you would like to offer, and either take orders at the event or send home order forms with the students for what books they would like to purchase. You collect the orders and payments and enter the orders on your online book fair portal once you are ready to place the order. (You can choose to sell your display copies, reducing your order cost, or keep your display copies for your own library).
A few notes about Physical Book Fairs:
1. A $500 minimum order is required.
2. Please order at least three weeks before your event to ensure your books arrive on time.
3. Let us know that you want to do a book fair, and we will set up your account to receive special pricing.
4. You choose, or we choose! You choose the titles you want to sell at the book fair, or we can choose for you! If you are unsure what to sell or do not have time to review our materials, just let us know, and we can pick the items based on the dollar amount you want to raise. All items will have the retail or sale price marked on the back. (Please note that, at this time, product bundles will not show up with wholesale pricing–you will need to add the titles in a series separately.)
5. Once you’ve chosen your books (or we’ve chosen for you), we’ll ship out your books, and all you need to do is put the books out on display and collect the funds.
What we do for you:
1. We will give you up to a 25% discount off list prices on books, CDs, DVDs, and Bibles. Some items, such as our Grace & Truth Books publications, will have up to a 50% discount.
2. We will ship your order via economy USPS or UPS economy shipping (call for expedited shipping prices).
3. You can take orders for additional copies, which will be sent to you with free economy shipping, for 30 days after the close of your book fair. Simply contact us with the list of additional orders!
What if I already have an account at Grace and Truth Books?
If you would like to use your existing account, you can simply log in and navigate to “My Account”. At the bottom of that page is a link that says “You are registered as a standard customer. Click here to request an account upgrade.” That link will allow us to update your profile to be a book fair customer. Once logged in, you will see the discounted prices available once you reach the order minimums.
** Keep in mind that if you decide to convert your account, you won’t be able to get normal customer shipping rates for that account with personal orders. So we recommend you use a different email address if possible.

Absolutly. We will accept returns within 30 days of the close of your book fair. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense, so carefully pick your titles. Please remember that returns cannot reduce your total order below the $500 minimum threshold. We only accept returns of items in brand-new condition (no damage, signs of wear, etc.). Sets that are sold only as sets can only be returned as complete sets.
No! Any organization that wants to raise money can use this program for a unique fundraiser — short-term mission trips, church-building programs, you name it!
Not at all. Adults love books too! You can choose any of the 4,000+ titles we carry to include in your book fair.
Most titles for this program are the same kinds of biblically based books our customers have come to trust for the last thirty years. But we are also working with like-minded companies to source historical and educational books that, while not specifically Christian, have been vetted to ensure they do not contain any objectionable material or themes contrary to our Christian values.
This is a new option for schools and organizations near us. If you would like for us to come out and set up your book fair, then either help run it for you (for short events) or come back after your event is over to pack up (for multi-day book fairs) please contact us and we can discuss dates, details, and options!
