In addition to the books we publish ourselves, we have built relationships with a number of solid Christian publishing companies, allowing us to provide you with a greater selection of quality books for your students. 

Three ways to have a book fair with Grace & Truth Books:

 

Physical Book Fair

Our physical book fair program is the event-driven, on-premises book fair style schools have been holding for decades, but we have simplified the process and made it easier than ever to have a great event! 

We ship (or deliver if you are within driving distance of our Conway, Arkansas location) your books and other items, as well as a POS system with a hand scanner for your event. The POS will be pre-set with your location’s sales tax settings and allows you to accept cash, check, card, or contactless payments. After the event ship back the remaining books (or we can pick them up).

Your school will have the option of receiving a cash commission on sales at your event (25% of the net sales), or you can choose Book Bucks and receive 40% of your net event sales in books and merchandise. 

Catalog Book Fair

With no minimum per-order sales requirement, this is the old-school option for folks who want to offer great books in their classrooms without having an actual school-wide event on a specific date.

We create new catalogs several times per year. Simply let us know how many catalogs you need and we will send them out. Catalogs will have ordering sheets included, and your teachers simply collect the sheets and the payment, and you submit your order. We’ll put the order together and ship it out along with an invoice. 

As with the physical book fair, you can elect to keep a 25% cash commission on the catalog sales, or a 40% Book Bucks credit. If you want to use the book bucks, simply include your school order along with your catalog orders.

Virtual Book Fair – Coming Soon!

Not every organization has the time or the facilities needed for a physical book fair. Don’t fret—soon you will be able to get solid biblical books for folks and have the opportunity to fundraise for your organization virtually!

Our virtual book fairs function very similarly to an affiliate linking system—meaning, your organization would have an affiliate account on the Grace & Truth Books Book Fair site that will allow you to send links to your parents/students.  Anyone who uses this link and makes a purchase will be attributed to your organization, and you will receive a percentage of each sale.  

Books are shipped directly to the family, with free shipping for orders over $45.

Can I return items?

Absolutly. We will accept returns within 30 days of the close of your book fair. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense, so carefully pick your titles. Please remember that returns cannot reduce your total order below the $500 minimum threshold. We only accept returns of items in brand-new condition (no damage, signs of wear, etc.). Sets that are sold only as sets can only be returned as complete sets.

Is it only for schools?

No! Any organization that wants to raise money can use this program for a unique fundraiser — short-term mission trips, church-building programs, you name it!

Is it only kids’ books?

Not at all. Adults love books too! You can choose any of the 4,000+ titles we carry to include in your book fair.

Is it only Christian titles?

Most titles for this program are the same kinds of biblically based books our customers have come to trust for the last thirty years. But we are also working with like-minded companies to source historical and educational books that, while not specifically Christian, have been vetted to ensure they do not contain any objectionable material or themes contrary to our Christian values.

Will Grace and Truth come out and do a book fair for us?

This is a new option for schools and organizations near us. If you would like for us to come out and set up your book fair, then either help run it for you (for short events) or come back after your event is over to pack up (for multi-day book fairs) please contact us and we can discuss dates, details, and options!

Can I select specific books?

Absolutely! We will have a catalog of available titles and for physical fairs we will work with you on the titles for your event. We have pre-set collections to make things easier, but you can add or remove items if you wish.

Do our Book Buck expire?

Nope! We will keep your book buck totals on account, and you can use bank them and use them at a future event, or place an order with us directly anytime! (note, for non-event orders there may be a shipping cost.)
