Charlotte Maria Tucker (1821 – 1893) was a prolific writer and poet for children and adults, who preferred to write under the pseudonym A. L. O. E. (a Lady of England).

The second volume in this dramatic “Faith Pictures” series by the 19th century author, affectionately known in her times as “A. L. O. E.” (A Lady of England) makes the Scriptures come alive! The pictures are so vivid, the characters so real, it is as though we are walking alongside Daniel in Babylon and his faithful friends, experiencing the momentous challenges they are faced with.
