About the Author:
Solomon Schmidt has been passionate about history for as long as he can remember. When he was twelve, Solomon was inspired to write a book about U.S. history for children that would get them interested in the people and events that shaped America. This book became U.S. History Bites, which was published in March 2016. Since then, he has written seven other books .
Over the last few years, Solomon has traveled across the United States to exhibit his books, speak at educational conferences, and interview noteworthy historical figures as part of the History Bites YouTube channel. When he is not researching and writing, Solomon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing tennis, and participating in Civil Air Patrol.
