Endorsement

“It is written in a colorful way, giving a real picture of the sights and sounds that would greet one in New York. The themes covered range from slavery, immigration, sweatshops, street gangs, wildlife in Central Park and the terrorist attacks of 9/11, to name a few. The reader is introduced to many characters, some famous and others unsung heroes who quietly trusted God and tried to make a difference in the lives of others. The challenge is made to the reader to reach others with the good news of Jesus too. The best praise for this book comes from my eight-year-old, who said: ‘I think it’s a very good book and it’s always pointing to Jesus’.” — Evangelicals Now
