About the Author

C. John “Jack” Miller, MDiv, PhD, founded Serge (formerly World Harvest Mission) and the New Life Presbyterian network of churches with the help of his wife Rose Marie. A pastor, seminary professor, and author, Jack wrote Outgrowing the Ingrown ChurchCome Back, BarbaraPowerful Evangelism for the PowerlessA Faith Worth SharingRepentance, and The Heart of the Servant Leader. He and Rose Marie were married for 46 years and together have 5 children, 24 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. Jack went to be with the Lord in 1996.
