This was another of Amy Le Feuvre books that I really liked. The book could also have been titled, “The ‘Andyman”. Very touching. Have you ever seen a little boy and thought this boy is going to do something great. This is Andy. A born leader and a devoted servant. Since he is a very “saucy” city boy in the country, he is often misjudged by the country folk where he lives. However, he backs up his talk with action. We could all learn a lesson from Andy about having a positive attitude and a servant’s heart.

Well written, keeps your interest, moves along quickly, entertaining, and illustrates a good moral code while being real about the struggles of a young boy as he is growing and learning.
