John Owen’s life from 1616 until 1683 spans one of the most momentous epochs in the history of Britain. How should we assess this man of so many talents? His served as a country pastor, an army chaplain, head of an Oxford college before leading the persecuted Nonconformists. He is the author of numerous books, but in the Spanish section we also have his Sobre la Tentacion.Â
