Bill Hines, D.Min., of Covenant Ministries, is a certified biblical counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and an ordained minister with the Evangelical Church Alliance. Mark E. Shaw, D.Min., is a certified biblical counselor with ACBC and IABC. He leads a national team of servant-leaders at The Addiction Connection, and is currently Executive Director at Vision of Hope, a residential ministry of Faith Church in Lafayette, Indiana.
